C-Pillar Badge?

What do all you guys think about BMW's decision to slap a roundel on the c-pillars of the X2? Most journos seem to hate it but I don't think it's *that* bad. If it's supposed to be a callback to classic GT coupes of yore, though, I don't see it.

Not a fan but I can understand why from a branding perspective which makes complete sense. A badge with more subtle colors might be in order for me to like it.

To anyone who doesn't like it... consider how bland the X2's side profile would look without it.

Personally I think its a great touch and couldn't have asked for anything better

I think they did a good job with the badge, they made it the right size so it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb.

It might take some time to grow on me. Not leaving an area blank, as one person stated, is a valid point.

No other BMW has a C-Pillar this wide.
