My reasons for workouts: to de-stress, to lose weight, to get stronger, to be healthy, to get fit.

I am very glad that sports and gym are in my life. Well, I live in the city center on a busy street and work a lot, so I can say that workouts help relieve stress after a hard day's work. Of course, workouts also provide such benefits as great shape and good health. I work as a business coach, so I have to look great to attract rich clients. In addition, I met interesting people in the gym and got business connections. By the way, I recently became interested in bodybuilding, so now I'm studying the topic of ways to speed up the muscle building and increase stamina.
