Those who go the gym: what's your purpose? Train to impress? To become a better version of yourself? To gain confidence? Or maybe something else

My reasons for workouts: to de-stress, to lose weight, to get stronger, to be healthy, to get fit.

I am very glad that sports and gym are in my life. Well, I live in the city center on a busy street and work a lot, so I can say that workouts help relieve stress after a hard day's work. Of course, workouts also provide such benefits as great shape and good health. I work as a business coach, so I have to look great to attract rich clients. In addition, I met interesting people in the gym and got business connections. By the way, I recently became interested in bodybuilding, so now I'm studying the topic of ways to speed up the muscle building and increase stamina. This article describes the testosterone cycle for beginners in great detail and I want to try it out. If someone has had this experience, please share your feedback.
