You'd be surprised. A turbo upgrade kit alone would do wonders for that 2.0T

You can add a turbo upgrade kit to an already turbocharged engine? I can understand a tune, but not so much adding a turbo on top of a turbo.

Its rare that anyone does that especially in this segment, instead its more a case of them getting a tune and then parts that support improved air intake: cold air intake, exhaust, etc. Probably 2% of all BMW owners subscribe to that extreme way of increasing power

Lol it's not adding a turbo on top of a turbo, it's a common thing. You're essentially taking out the stock turbo and putting in a slightly larger turbo, intercooler, etc.

Yeah its just adding a bigger MM turbo but these days what you can get from tuning the stock setup is enough to make most owner happy. Most people want like 50-75 horsepower more and often that's what you get from a good tune with supportive air and fuel mods.
